Join us for our next lunch time webinar as Brett Townsley (Director of Omniscient Safety Innovations) talks about the impacts of emotional hazards and the importance of preventative workplace mental health measures. Brett established OSI upon noticing that the impacts of mental health on safety professionals were not being addressed and openly talked about. “We began to look at systemic preventative solutions that reduce the likelihood of the largest contributor to absenteeism in the UK (12.8 million lost days) through anxiety, work related stress and depression, using the organisational data to accurately identify the emotional hazards” During the webinar he’ll give us insights and advice from his breadth of industry experience. We’ll also offer attendees the chance to ask Brett questions about mental health and issues stemming from it in Offshore Energy.
