We will shortly be launching our new £7.4 million, state-of-the-art Productivity East  regional hub for engineering, technology and management. The engineers of the future are at the heart of Productivity East. We enable businesses in our region to work alongside our world-class researchers and students to discover practical solutions to current and future challenges. Together, our students, academics and businesses explore new ideas to develop prototype designs and create innovative products and services. UEA recently won UK Research and Innovation Strength in Places seedcorn funding to develop the Suffolk & Norfolk Research & Innovation on the Sustainable Energy Coast (SuNRISE Coast) project , along with Opergy Ltd, Cefas, Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, EEGR and New Anglia LEP. At UEA, our Energy Engineering programmes are underpinned by Industry collaboration. We offer a range of opportunities for partners to be involved, helping to shape, influence and develop our offering in order to drive excellence and promote opportunities in your respective companies and sectors.
