Developing a new wave of graduates into leaders in Port Management Our 2-year Graduate Training Programme is designed to develop you, challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone. Four 6-month rotations will give you real exposure to Port Management, the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by senior leaders and the chance to experience life at one of our many other ports, outside of the region you will be based in. Your final placement will be designed to prepare you for your next position and you will be actively encouraged to apply for suitable roles within ABP.
